Description

We're a rapidly growing multi-location brand, and SEO is a key driver of our revenue. As we scale, we need a strategic SEO Manager who will take ownership of our entire SEO strategy-local, technical, and content-driven. If you're passionate about SEO and ready to make a measurable impact on visibility and revenue across multiple locations, this role is for you.

As SEO Manager, you'll spearhead the SEO strategy for all our locations. You'll be responsible for optimizing both technical and content elements, ensuring we're well-positioned to capture organic search traffic that converts to revenue. From local SEO to backlink strategies and technical audits, you'll be the go-to person for all things SEO.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, development, operations, and executive leadership) to drive initiatives that move the needle. If you have a proven track record in SEO and want to take a leadership role in a high-impact, revenue-driven environment, this is an opportunity to own it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own & Evolve SEO Strategy: Lead local SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies across all locations.
  • Scalable Playbooks: Develop and maintain scalable playbooks for new market launches and the ongoing performance of existing locations.
  • Technical Audits & Collaboration: Conduct comprehensive technical audits and partner with developers to fix crawlability, speed, and UX issues.
  • Google Business Profiles & Local Listings: Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, local listings, and review generation strategies across markets.
  • Keyword Strategy & Content Planning: Oversee keyword strategy, content optimization, and internal linking to improve rankings and conversion.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Build and present dashboards and reports tracking keyword positions, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with paid media, analytics, and operations teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Monitor SEO Trends: Keep up with algorithm updates, competitor analysis, and adjust the SEO strategy accordingly.
  • Manage SEO Tools & Vendors: Evaluate and manage SEO tools and vendor relationships.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of SEO experience with a proven track record of managing comprehensive SEO programs.
  • Experience with multi-location or service-based businesses. You understand the complexities of SEO across various locations and can manage this at scale.
  • Deep knowledge of the full SEO stack including technical SEO, content optimization, local SEO, and backlink strategies.
  • Results-driven approach. You've driven measurable results such as organic growth, increased leads, and higher revenue.
  • Hands-on with core SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, BrightLocal, etc.).
  • Data proficiency. Comfortable using Excel, Looker Studio, or similar tools to analyze performance and create dashboards.
  • Cross-functional experience. Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams, including executive leadership.
  • Experience with AI in SEO. Familiar with how AI impacts SEO and how to leverage it for better results.
  • Experience in an agency environment, managing multiple clients/locations.
  • Familiarity with tools like BrightLocal, Yext, or Whitespark for local SEO management.
  • Basic HTML/CSS or CMS knowledge (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).

Why this role?
  • Direct impact: Your work will have a direct impact on revenue, visibility, and market expansion.
  • Strategic seat: You'll be in a position with autonomy, ownership, and potential to grow into a Head of SEO or broader digital leadership role.
  • Supportive team: We're fully invested in marketing and providing the tools and support needed to execute.
  • Growth potential: This is a growth-focused role with ample opportunities for personal and professional development.
